「Hotel property is beautiful. Beds are comfortable. Beach was very nice and well maintained with the seaweed. However! The restaurant situation is ridiculous. We checked in, went to make reservations and there was NOTHING available for any night we were there. Nothing. We stayed 5 nights and had zero opportunity to have a nice sit down, non buffet, meal. For what we paid to stay there? Restaurants were very small and could not accommodate many people. Very poorly planned for this large of a...

「The pool is amazing! Top notch hotel. Enrique, buffet waiter, is the best. The only downfall to this hotel is reservations to restaurants. You can only make one reservation per day and most reservations are already full. We could only get reservations at restaurants at the end of our stay because every other day was full. 」

「We loved our stay at Serenity Glamping. Our accommodation was the "Lodge" which has a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms. I recommend the Lodge because the restaurant on site is VERY expensive so it is nice to be able to have your own food/drinks at your site. The Lodge was very private and wonderful! Only steps away from the beautiful XpuHa beach. :) 」
