「Love this resort. This is trip number 2 for us. The resort is clean food is very good. Smaller resort adults only which is what brings us back. Staff is very friendly. Entertainment team does a very good job keeping the guest engaged during the day and evening. 」

「Huge resort. Huge swimming pools. Feels like a small town all on its own. No reason to ever leave while there for a week. Decent food at buffets, Tokyo and la trattoria restaurant. But .. Huge seaweed/sargassum problem. They can't keep up cleaning it (and honestly impossible). Beaches are also rocky for the most part. Basically if you go in the summer, you got a use the pools which are nice and lots of shade around them. In the restaurants they require long pants. Period. Can't...

「FIrst of all, Staff, everywhere in the property was above and beyond, always with a smile on their faces. The building has beautiful halls where we could walk without worrying about sunscreen, views are beautiful, walk to the beach easy and great distance. 」

「Loved the service here. Rooms were clean. Room service daily and the mini fridge in the room was always restocked. Pools were large and clean. Swim up bar was nice. Staff were friendly even when treated poorly by other guests. Fun activities. Javi at the breakfast buffet was the highlight of our trip. Beach was not too amazing as we came during the peak of seaweed season. So I don’t blame them. Not sure much effort was being taken the remove any of it though. 」

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
