「This property was great for my daughter's graduation. We required three king one bedroom suites. The front staff was extremely helpful with helping us getting early and late check outs as needed. The rooms, breakfast area, and lobby were extremely clean and comfortable. The hallway carpet was somewhat dated but the flooring in the rooms was a new LVP. The beds were extremely comfortable! 「El servicio al cliente fue bueno, fueron muy pacientes y contestaron mis dudas. El cuarto estaba bien organizado y limpio. A pesar de que es buen detalle que tengan una cafetera en los cuartos, me parece que deberían, sino cambiarlo, al menos tener agua potable también en el cuarto. Pero del resto, tuve una buena experiencia.」

「Nice hotel. I think they need to revisit what a handicap accessible room really means. Their designated accessible rooms have bathtubs! I needed and requested a walk in shower room,and that did have bars in rhe shower but not around the toilet. Toilet should also be taller. Sink should be accessible for a wheelchair to roll up close to it. Staff did bring me a bench for the shower. Valet staff very friendly and accomodating but there shouldn't be cars parked right in front of the hotel as that...

「Had a phone with no cable line attached even after complian not fixed Had no linen towels or napkins in the room so had to walk to the laundry room myself to get them. Ac unit was making loud noise disturbed sleep. Would never book recommend.」
