「Liked. Location, the free breakfast, coffee, juice, pool. Resteraunt. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, hot hot shower. Nice large TV. Ease of check in and check out Helpfulness with questions. Didn't like, the air-conditioning was loud. The floor in restroom had rust on floor near toilet. Cost adjustment request denied.」

「The Hotel is located next to a lot of great stores and restaurants. It was clean, staff was polite and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again. 」

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」
