「Noise」

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「Food items as prepared were lousy, ended up not eating. Same Hotel I stayed five months ago, was a totally different place, namely clean, excellent food prep and choices for breakfast. This time floors in general area and in room were not very clean, table in room had handprints all over, the microwave hadn't been cleaned, bedding seemed sparse and thrown together. Entire place seemed "under new management" and not up to "Hilton" spec (I'm an Honors Club member). 」
