"3/15/26: Honest review- We just came back from Puerto Vallarta after staying five nights at Meliá Puerto Vallarta, and overall it was a great experience. The food at the buffet was delicious, and we really appreciated that there were different dishes offered every day, which kept every meal interesting and varied. The customer service from all the staff was excellent—they truly make an effort to treat you like a king and queen. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The resort also felt very safe, which made our stay even more relaxing. The main reasons I would come back are definitely the amazing food and the outstanding customer service. "

"Everything and mostly everyone friendly. But for 50+ and 60+ that like to have fun. Nah . There’s mostly seniors here not even kid friendly. Lazy river there’s none we walked it no river flow. lol. Did it once never again. But very nice property."
