「Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels. 「Overall it’s a very nice experience staying in this hotel. The location is very convenient, walking distance to different skytrain stations and even to canada place. Contactless check-in and checkout process are impressive. It would be perfect if the towels and table surfaces are cleaner.」

「Great experience staying at this hotel for seven nights. There is enough space for two children to jump around. The factory building has an oven and microwave for simple cooking. The bathroom is tiled and very clean. There is also a swimming pool and sauna in the building, so you can relax after a day's journey. The communication between day and night shift staff at the front desk was not fluid, so I had to address the same issue twice and took long time.... my stay was split and had to move to different unit because of the availability. I would not recommend the studio unit for the price it charged. Poor internet connection」
