This is a great location—very convenient for any activities at UBC. It is close to most amenities. We found it to be very clean and quiet. The staff was incredibly helpful, allowing us an early check-in and storing our luggage for the day before our flight out in the evening. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about our stay was great. The prime location made getting around campus effortless. The suite itself was very roomy, giving us plenty of space to relax. Most importantly, the front desk and service staff were wonderfully warm and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Convenient location for university events. Elevator didn’t work. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was non-existent. For the price I will go to a proper hotel where there is full service. I felt like I was a student and had to figure it out myself, rather than a paying guest

Underwhelming but ok. The elevator was broken and didn’t hear anything from the staff about it. Also no AC so even though it’s fall it was muggy and had to leave patio door open. Ok but wouldn’t go out of my way to return.

Things to know before you book this property: 1. The rooms are a 100-yard walk outside from the front desk to the building you will be staying in. 2. You will drive around the block to the underground parking. 3. The parking elevator will bring you up outside with a 50-yard walk to the hotel entrance. 4. The one hotel elevator was not working, requiring carrying two 40 lbs. suitcases up a flight of stairs (I am 81 and walk with a cane). 5. The a/c and coffee maker did not work

Great place to stay when visiting our kiddo at UBC. Quiet, clean and comfortable. The rooms could use better bedding ie a comforter or duvet type cover (rather than just sheet material) but that’s really it.

Lots of parking for guests and the parking spaces are wide enough which was a huge relief for our stressed out driver lol. The suite was lovely and my pull out bed was already fully prepared because they knew that we were a group of three. Food was conveniently nearby as were walking trails and beaches. The campus itself is beautiful.
