「Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.」

「Great customer service but dirty and worn down apartment complex. Communication was 10/10! The apartment had LOTS of dirt and trash in the bed frame, underneath the bed, and in the bathroom. 」

「I had trouble at first getting the key pad codes to work, and at one point couldn't find the code. It was not clear if there was ever someone who I could call and get quick help if for some reason I couldn't get into my room,」

「The location is excellent, close to everything you need. The windows are highly effective at blocking out noise from the busy street. As advertised, there is no elevator and no stove, but the air fryer provided is very convenient. The space is clean and quiet, with a good shower and a comfortable bed. The hallway luggage lockers were a lifesaver. What could be improved: - A full-length mirror or one in the hallway would be beneficial. - Providing communal-size body lotion, similar to the...

「Stayed in the one bedroom suite with family of 5, it was a perfect stay. Suite was beautifully decorated and bed was as comfortable as my bed at home. Kitchen had everything we needed for dinner in. Close to T and Fenway, area felt very safe and walkable with kids. Utilized parking out back which was convenient. Would definitely stay again when visiting Boston. 」
