「Wonderful! Roomy, quiet, comfy, decent bar of soap, even a towel bar in bathroom! Love this place. Have stayed here about every other year for 15 years. Will continue to do so. Owner obviously treats his customers like he would like to be treated.」

「This was a really cute little place with plenty of room for our family of 5. It was just like a little mini house, but located in the serene forest. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. We’ll definitely return here for another fun family outing!」

「The hotel was a bit hard to find as there is poor signage and no lights on the sign. It is off on some small driveway set back from the road. The driveway is poorly maintained and very narrow and uneven. The room was good size and most of the furniture and rugs were in great shape. The sink was just inside the entry door which is inconvenient. The bathroom is in serious need of repairs and updates. I doubt I would stay there again」

「Check in was perfect! Breakfast is great, except at 7:30 in the morning, there was no coffee. Told the lady at front desk, she said “yeah, I know” but didn’t move. Rooms are great」

「All of the information provided by staff was accurate and helpful. I did have an issue with parking since another person was in my spot. Since I was required to park in my space, I was worried about being ticketed. I communicated with the staff via email and Expedia, but did not get a response. It was short notice and I was told that they would respond within 24 hours. The issue was that would not help me in that moment which is not anyone's fault. Just an oversight.」

「I often travel with sport teams and stay at the hotel throughout the country. This was the most poorly managed hotel. The breakfast was advertised as 7-9 am. However at 8:40 the breakfast food was out without being replaced. When asked to replace the food, the hotel staff said that the breakfast is closed and no more food is coming. My team was told two days in row to vacate the lobby and stop socializing. The first night it was at 10 pm, the second night we were told the quiet time starts at 9...

「It’s hard to judge the property as simply good or bad. Here is what I wish there had been more transparency about. This is a very old, industrial feel building. Our room was cold, you don’t have a traditional heater or thermostat, it’s radiant heat and turning the knob did not help. Had to get a space heater from housekeeping to warm the room up as it was 49 degrees outside. The windows are super thin and drafty. There are hardly any electrical outlets. There are no outlets in the bathroom at...

「Hot tub closed … after we called ahead to make sure it was open , disappointing but whatever . We booked this hotel because our car broke down/ on a Saturday. Obviously no shops were open till Monday. So Monday morning we decided to add another night to be safe in case car was not ready . Well turns out our car was ready an hour after check out . Expedia understood our situation and agreed to cancel the one night if hotel agreed ( have proof of that in a chat ) . I went to front desk explaining...

Also the entrance to the hotel from Superior, street entrance cross the street the from parking structure, did not allow of entrance to the hotel, only exit. This seemed odd given this entrance appeared to have been setup with keypad access at one time.」
