"Hot tub’s jets didn’t work so it was like sitting in a bath tub. Pool area dirty and needs repair. Walls in room have holes repaired by putting tape over it. Breakfast had good options. Train next to hotel which was loud"

"Check in was perfect! Breakfast is great, except at 7:30 in the morning, there was no coffee. Told the lady at front desk, she said “yeah, I know” but didn’t move. Rooms are great"

"Stayed here many times before then they got ridiculous with room costs. Was happy when I noticed they became reasonable so took advantage of it. Many don’t travel to Duluth because it’s become too expensive and often drive to Minneapolis instead."

"Don’t stay at motel 6 doesn’t have queens beds I ask for only twin for 144 a night this property is very filthy don’t recommend it to anyone "

"Clean room, spacious pool and hot tub area. Usually stay in “better” parts of Duluth…but this hotel was reasonable in pricing and ended up being a nice surprise. Would not walk around much outside, but I felt safe in the parking lot and in the hotel. Clean, nice breakfast, good coffee. "

"Hotel and staff were excellent. Room was cute and spacious. But multiple problems with the tv and streaming services. The kitchen trash also wasn't taken out from the previous tenant (which was full of empty beer cans). We also found a half empty Jack Daniels bottle in one of the kitchen cabinets. The parking was the worst of all. Was told parking was only "a block away" but was definitely further and there was construction EVERYWHERE which made getting to our car twice the amount of distance. Also, there was an additional fee per night for parking (which I think was ridiculous being the hotel alone was $160 a night). Parking (at least at that lot) SHOULD have been free since there wasn't a lot on the hotel site. Would consider staying again if the parking issue was addressed."

"Staff was nice and friendly. Lamp fixtures had charger connections that did not work. Bathroom faucet constantly dripped."

"Very clean room and reasonably priced. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. Location was perfect for access to hiking. Overall a very good experience."
