10/10 Excellent
"It was all wonderful. The view of the lake from our room was amazing. The lakewalk and access to beach via the lakewalk.. wow! The 5 minute walk to the canal to watch ships come in was great. The breakfast room was large and inviting. Food was good, but more fresh fruit would have made it better. The front deck with the beautiful purple petunia baskets gave me a lot of joy. Nice sized pool and inviting lobby. Would definitely stay here again. "
"Arrived a couple hours early to town, stopped in to see if we could leave our vehicle in the parking lot. Front desk was very gracious and stated it was fine, but that we could also check in early if we wanted. Hotel clean, loved the big bathtub in the room, breakfast Was very good. Most importantly, it’s right on Canal Park and able to walk and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake superior. Enjoyed the large patios outside and the fire pit outside as well. Honestly, nothing to complain about it all regarding this hotel. "

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice.
Hot tub worked but less than half of the jets worked. Room was nice and clean. TV worked great. Plenty of electrical outlets to plug in your charging devices. We ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel and the food was good. "
