"I live in Las Vegas Nevada. I have never been to reno. And the only reason I went was to see Diana Ross in concert. I randomly picked this hotel. I was absolutely floored by the gracious customer service of three different staff members. Let me explain. When you ask for directions to a restaurant or the spa or the front desk, in Las Vegas, you might get someone to direct you with their fingers and create a maze for you to try to follow. But never ever do they actually escort and walk you to where you want to go. Even at the fanciest of hotels. There were three different occasions my friend and I were completely lost and on all three of those occasions, when we stopped and asked a random worker in the casino on the floor where a certain destination was, each one of them insisted on escorting us and walking us to the actual place we were looking for. Unbelievable. It reminded me of old Vegas when service mattered. Also, this place was impeccably clean and I am a neat freak OCD. Smiles for everyone and from everyone that we encountered. Rooms were very very nice and beds were very very comfortable and it was an extremely reasonable rate. I would stay here again on my next trip to Reno. Above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Living in Vegas for over 30 years, I've watched service decline and even the best resorts and prices go up. This is not the case at the peppermill in reno. I highly recommend staying there and being impressed."

"Room was not as attractive as we thought also it was not very clean. I like everything what Luxor hotel provides to tourists including tram train , Casino, vicinity to strip, but i checked in online as per message received a day before and i found that location for hotel room was given near blue lift while my room was near red lift that took me 30mins to understand after talking to ground staff as it was my 1st visit to vegas with family and luggage so when i left my uber , that drops you at exit door not on entry gate , i was roaming here and there to find room just because of wrong information given after checking in online and it was frustrating because hotel is big so going here and there with family and luggage I didn’t like though it has great inside there 😊 and i wanted quickly settled to go to world class casinos"
