I booked on the Expedia platform. Showed availability and got a confirmation email. A couple of hours later got a phone call from the Desk and got told they overbooked. I understand that completely. Things happen. They booked another hotel for me and have covered the nights stay. Beyond expectations. Buuuut the hotel they booked is one I wouldn’t choose on my own. The room is nowhere near the one i booked and was excited for! No fault of the staff. Just software. I hope to give them another chance.

Megan at the front desk is brilliant we were late arriving and she had everything totally organized. The suite was so well organized and stocked with essentials and beyond. We will be back again next summer for an entire week. Thanks for a perfect stay. 5 stars and beyond expectations
