Motel did not provide any soap ,shampoo,conditioner. They had a dispenser in the shower on the wall that we were told covered what I mentioned above. Mind you there was only 1 dispenser.,Also we were in an ADA room . It certainly was not . Putting a shower chair in the bathroom does not qualify that as ADA.,There were no hand grips in the shower or by the commode. It was also a long walk to get to our room. We were not happy at all with our stay

9:30am. The check-in was professional and flawless. Check- out the next morning at 7:30am was the exact opposite. Very poor customer service. The clerk said they were unaware of any problem during the night. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he doesn't come in until 11am. I asked for corporate number or address. The clerk said he didn't have that information. During the night, the Fire Alarms went off. We called the front desk, opened the hall door and many guests were already in the hall. The front desk told us it was not a fire, and that the fire department would be there in 5 minutes to turn it off. 30 minutes later the alarm was still going off. Many gathered outside, we called the desk again and were told we weren't the only guests calling. Finally the noise ended a little after 1pm. Nightime service was practically nonexistent. 1st the restaurant didn't observe their posted hours. Closed at 9;30 2nd....During the night fire alarms went off. That started at approximately 12:30pm. It continued until a little after 1pm. 3rd..We were not even given an apology for the disruption in our stay. Very disappointing.

The property is very run down and dirty. Coffee shop machine was down and had been for weeks. Gambling was very limited. The room is not well lit and need updating. Carpet is dirty and worn. Bathrooms small and toilet constantly dripping.

We had to drive to a sister hotel to use the pool. Hallways smell like cigarette smoke. No refrigerator or coffee maker. The elevator didn’t work.

You get what you pay for is all I can say. Wont stay again. No coffee in room or fridge to chill my ice pack. walk too far to room from dining, outer doors not secure. Bed was ok. Front desk had to change my room reservation as they only had smoking for handicap then charged my grandsons credit card on my Expedia acct which I didn’t know until I was in bed. I checked out at 4 am and the desk told me to go down the street to the Nugget to see his manager to resolve, seriously. Come through every year and won’t stay here again. Had taco salads in the cafe which were good

It was smelly and old. Not really what I would consider a resort by any means, yet they charge a resort fee. Italian restaurant was closed onsite,so we had to venture out to another place for food. It was okay for a night stay but thats it.

Room was quite small (we had a dog) and it needed a refrigerator. The handle on toilet was loose. Back door had a sign saying to not slam it, something might be done to help it shut slowly and not slam. Add USB ports to lamps or clock.
