「Since this a new Hotel it was clean I did notice a black stain on the sheets but other than that they were clean. Staff were nice my keys kept getting locked even thought I reserved for 2 days. We had a family event and 5 of us rented a room a requested a group discount and I was denied because I should had done it before reservation but my party had just showed up so I was a lil upset about that. And to top it off pool wasn’t even ready to be used until a week after my departure」

「Staff very nice, fridge froze things, microwave didn’t heat right, killed roach in the bathroom」

「Location was directly off the 10 freeway and 91 st. Very convenient. McDonald's and gas station/ convenient store within walking distance. Room was spacious, king bed was comfortable, microwave, refrigerator, just needed an iron. Recommend and I'd stay there again. Friendly staff.」

「The only drawback would be the internet speed. OK, I admit i'm using the free WIFi, maybe preeminent choice would be much better. The other parts are very good: facilities are new, front desk is always friendly, room is clean and comfortable.」

「We arrived and checked in fine. There were drug addicts surrounding the place. The pool was DIRTY. And open to the street for the people on drugs and doing drugs to watch. After checking I noticed the door didn’t close or lock properly so we had to move rooms. The staff was nice but the gave us keys that were not activated so it made the transition super frustrating . In the the middle of the night in the new room there was noises coming from someone trying to enter the door! Over and over to...

「Feels safe. Parking convenient. Can always smell some cigarette smell. Fire alarm batteries were not in there at first, they added it after I reminded. Black holes on wooden floor make by cigarettes everywhere which feels a bit bad.」

「The hotel was not very up front about the state of the rooms. When we checked in they didn’t tell us the water to the entire building had been shut off, so when we had no water to wash with we asked and then they informed us after the fact. The lights didn’t work well in our room, just the main two lights turned on. Bathroom light flickered all night on and off - weird? Cockroaches by the beds, no refrigerator. No towels at the pool. Just laid out incase pool wasn’t maintained well.. also ...

「I booked a room with two beds, but when I checked in at the destination they said they didn't have any rooms with two beds available. I was already really tired, and I wasn't happy with the room I booked in advance. My family and I had no choice but to cram into one bed and sleep, which was a really bad experience」
