「This is an existing hotel, they rebranded it as a Best Western. It’s had some effort to update it, but it’s pretty worn out and old. Stained bedding and towels. Breakfast was okay, but the pancake maker was broken the whole week we were there. Good value for what we paid overall, but definitely not as well maintained as we expected. The fact that no one is available in the evening/night at the front desk and they have a kiosk that you talk to someone who is remote is awkward. 」
