「Made a reservation for 2 nights for my dad. I called them around 9pm to let them know that he will be late for check in and won’t get there until midnight. The staff I spoke to on the phone was very rude and was telling me I need to update my card because there wasn’t enough money on it even though I clicked pay in property. Since he said “if the card doesn’t work, it’s just a piece of plastic” I transferred the whole amount to that card and also told them my dad would be paying with his card...

「The worst bed I have ever slept in, they need to just throw it away. Thin uncomfortable pillows. Did not sleep well. Room only had about a quarter roll of toilet paper and no extras. There was a couple across the hall fighting off and on into the late night, but I'm not considering that in my poor rating because that is not the hotel's fault and the staff handled it as best as possible. 」

「They told me they had no self parking when there were obvious spaces available. Staff said you can take your chances with street parking or pay $45.00 valet. I chose valet who then parked it in one of the open spots. No consideration for handicap parking. No recognition of gold status. The next I called for my car through valet. A half hour later while looking at my car I had to go to the front desk and retrieve my keys. Beware of the parking!!!」

They charged me $30 for 3 dirty towels they didn't even try to wash, accused me of smoking in my room which I didn't, and just opened the door to the room and entered multiple times without permission. They were rude, abrasive, and didn't even do a good job of cleaning. Quite frankly the worst customer service I have seen in decades. The owner wasn't much of a help either to managing his employees attitudes and behavior, and you can see...
