"Convenient location for the airport. However, the "free" shuttle to the airport stops at 10:30 am (you can pay for the trip after that time) but contines to bring people from the airport for free. The rooms need a deep cleaning - walls, door frames, tables. At least the sheets and towels were clean. The pool was nice but again, the chairs and tables all needed a wipe down. The restaurant was good."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Indigo Turks and Caicos. The property is newly opened and has a relaxed, boutique vibe. Everything felt fresh, thoughtfully considered and clean; the rooms were both comfortable and inviting. What made the experience especially memorable was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly and genuinely helpful, always ready to accommodate with ease and kindness. While the hotel is not directly on the beach, it is just a short four-minute walk away. Once there, you’ll find loungers and umbrellas waiting and the water is absolutely stunning. We spent time snorkeling every day and never tired of it. It was a beautiful, easygoing stay from start to finish and a trip we will remember fondly."

"We had a very nice stay at this property. Once the staff knew it was our honeymoon they gave us a room upgrade with a gorgeous ocean view at check in. The property is beautifully landscaped and sits on a prime stretch of beach on Grace Bay. The staff was very friendly and all the food we consumed, both the breakfast buffet and dinner at their Italian restaurant were quite nicely done."

"Impeccable hotel. The beach is amazing and shallow which is perfect for kids. The architecture and rooms are so beautiful and luxurious. The pool and cabanas are awesome. Such a beautiful resort. Can’t say enough good things about it. The food was pricey however. "
