「Overall the experience of the hotel was good. However in the shower- the temperature of the water does not go any higher. I know the breakfast was free. It was very basic. The hotel would have got 5 stars if there was more of an options of food. There is not many options of buses available to get to the hotel which was quite tricky. If you enjoy a walk to the city centre then it’s ideal for you or take a cab to the city centre. It takes 25mins to get there depending how fast you walk or wait 2...

「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」

「Loved the proximity to the restaurants of Cardiff Bay. Checkout 11am which was great, could even leave the car in the free carpark until 2pm.」

「This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.」

「Hotel is located in city centre with bright nightlife with restaurants and shops nearby, but parking is a big problems though you may park at central station. Room is clean but facilities are old, better with updated renovation.」

「Staff very friendly. Very safe as the door have many safety tags on which you need your room card to get past. Rooms very basic so as long as you are looking for cheap and clean place to sleep. Would recommend. 」

「酒店整體整潔、舒適，但行李要自己搬運，如果沒有駕車去，由前門進入是沒有斜板，要抬行李上落樓級，酒店有一部升降台，酒店職員拒絕讓我們使用，說是給輪椅用的。我媽已七十多歲，得我一個女人搬2大l小行李箱，差點滾下樓梯。」
