「I have multiple bed bug bites on me. I stayed at the inn 2 weeks in a row, and there was a bed bug problem in both rooms. When speaking to the supervisor, she seemed very unconcerned and reported she was trained in the inspection and treatment of bed bugs.」

「Everything was perfect except our mini fridge didn't work.」

「Fan in bath not working, no toilet paper,carpet had crumbs , frig got water inside it!」

「Staff were nice but the property was in disrepair. The first room's locks were completely broken and staff were very kind in switching rooms. The second room's chain lock was very loose and looked as if they were sawed at one point. The sheets were very clean and soft. But the carpet was stained and looked like it was dirty. The bathroom was clean. Ac worked well.」

「It was a short stay, this time but with family 8 miles down the road, this my be my go to to stay in. As long as its clean and courteous Ill keep coming back!」

「The staff was very helpful and accommodating when I wanted to get into the workout room and it was running on a different time zone. The room was clean and very nice and the beds were comfortable. Parking was great, not much walking. Pool was awesome.」

「Room smelled like an old ashtray and cat pee! The leather chairs are missing most of their leather, the box springs have noticeable bed bug residue. The floors were filthy, paint was missing from the bathroom door as were bathroom light fixtures. There was hair in multiple places that was not ours. The place has not been updated in many years if ever. It was not worth the $105 we paid for the night, shouldn’t have been more than $30. Great disappointment.」

「I have stayed at your facilities several times at this point and have been please with every visit. This occasion, we were greeted with an upgraded room due to our length of stay and overall occupancy during our visit. And without fail the staff was more than gracious and accommodating to any of needs or requests. Thank You for keeping the bar high.」

「The room was clean, but overall condition of the building was poor. They were doing some much needed exterior updates. The room smelled musty for several hours until the air conditioner helped clear it up. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t that great either.」
