"The pool water was slimy and it smelled like a damp basement. The refillable water fountain station was turned off, so guests would have no choice but to buy bottled water from the front desk. The bathroom door would not close, the faucet in the bathroom was also broken. The front desk staff did not even offer to get anything repaired or give us a different room. Extremely poorly maintained property. We will never stay here again."

"There were several issues about this property that made us regret this booking. First, the bathroom door in our room did not close at all. Second, there was no door separating the sink/closet from the bed - meaning despite being a room that could sleep 4, when one member of the group was awake / drying hair / using sink, etc., there was no way to buffer the light or the noise from the rest of the party, meaning everyone was bothered.
