"If I could leave zero stars I would. First impression wasn’t the best but I could look past the guy getting a hair cut in the parking lot. What I can’t get past is the mold all over the bathroom ceiling and bed bugs. Asked for a refund because we sure as heck were not staying and they only wanted to move us to another room. I wanted a refund because I’m not risking bringing bedbugs home to my children. They fought me on a refund and said I would have it in 24 hours and now I have to wait till...

"All the Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, quiet, updated and roomy. The breakfast was delicious and I especially liked the fresh strawberries, blueberries and oranges along with the infused fruit water. A special touch I thought"

"It was a clean and quiet room. Only complaint is the bathroom had a big heavy slide door that blocked the mini fridge when you opened it."

"It was nice but I keep getting calls on the hotel phone that was just breathing and music all night"

"The hotel is clean but showing signs of wear and tear. Ironing board legs were broken, flooring in bathroom separated and bedroom door had to be pulled forward to unlock from hallway."

"The room was clean but both we and our friends in a different room had problems with hot water. At 4 pm the water was cold no matter how long it was runnning. In the evening it was hot for several minutes, then barely warm. I had to to get up at 6am to take my morning shower. Air conditioning was fine. Breakfast was good. Staff was polite and helpful."
