「When we arrived at the hotel, we were in shock at how run down the hotel was. The hotel sign looked like a tornado tore it apart! Everything was ripped off of the sign. From the outside of the hotel, you could see ripped curtains and broken windows. The hotel looked deserted. There was a letter size piece of paper TAPED on the glass door to the hotel that listed a phone number to call to check in!! I have never been to a hotel that's had a NOTE in a door with instructions to CALL a number to...

「Pros: Quick and easy check in, Helpful and Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room & bathroom, ample parking, nice breakfast. Cons: Toilet didn't always recover to flush every time, Air conditioner gave off a light musty odor that was most noticeable through the night (maybe just needed a filter change), and door from hallway kept sticking (we just had to use a little muscle to open and shut it as directed by that evenings attendant - which worked)」

「Parking was great. Check in was easy. We stayed one night and it was overall a fine stop. A little worn down and i missed having a coffee maker in the room.」

「All staff were very helpful- particularly when I left an item in my room.. they found it and sent me an online process to have the item returned I gave only a four stars as someone — not sure who- overrided my handicapped room reservation— we were given a room that was for hearing impaired, which does not work when you have a broken ankle. But the other staff really made up for it by their help and we generally really like staying at Home2」
