「Not like other HOME2 hotels. Could not use the kitchen area due to limited supplies and utensils. Room needs updates. This was classified as ADA but not easy to open doors. Staff was not welcoming. Definately did not give the feel expected when you consider “Hilton “ Do not recommend unless there are no other options!」

「Pool and fitness room were closed, which was not disclosed when we booked the hotel. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because of the poo. Hotel was getting remodeled which was also not disclosed and tripping hazards were everywhere!」

「The room door was broken and wouldn’t open. The front desk gave me a new room that was filthy. The bathroom was covered in hair and the sheets clearly hadn’t been changed. I again requested a new room, there was food on the floor, large sauce stains in the carpet. Another guest came out to tell us there were bed bugs in her room. Upon inspection myself and 3 others also found bed bugs in our rooms. The woman at the front desk decided to hide in the back rather than address the concerns of the...

「Janet's amazing customer service went above & Beyond to get us checked in quickly and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for an overnight stop on a cross country drive. The Hotel was close to needed amenities ( grocery store, restaurants). Would stay again!」
