We stayed 4 nights, We are typically late leaving our room each day because my wife is a late sleeper and takes time getting rolling.
In four nights our room was NEVER cleaned. When I asked a member of the cleaning about 12:30 pm how long we could stay in the room and stll get service she said they weren;t staying late and going home soon, I did get her to come and empty the trash and bring me some coffee fro the Keurig machine. I tipped her and still didn't get service the next day. We paid $161 a night and didn't get service. And the food/breakfast? Don't bother unles you like a small cheese omellet or scrambled eggs...they have a machine that makes pancakes and it was actually pretty good.
