"Top priority, comfortable bed - check. Convenient location, just a couple minutes off Rt 23. Super accommodating desk clerk (Janette), who fixed our reservation for us - I swear we reserved a king bed, but we got two queens - anyway, she moved us. She also recommended several places to eat, and Inside the Five Brewery was excellent. Sylvania is a pretty town, we will stay here again."

"We stayed here for 4 nights attending a funeral. Don’t have enough good things to say. Rooms were very nice, clean and modern. We needed a handicap room. Our room didn’t have a seat in the shower (some rooms do) but the staff was so accommodating and installed a shower bench very quickly for my dad. "The hotel has a great location. There are many choices for food & attractions nearby. The staff is friendly & the restaraunt onsite is good. One miss - we were not told upon check-in that you must let the front desk know by 1pm if you’d like your room cleaned. We learned that information from another guest. Overall, we would recommend this hotel. "
