Room temperature was easily adjusted. Room was clean. Sitting chair old and peeling. Parking was veey open and well lit. Was disappointed with the shower...couldn't get hot water, and the knob just kept rotating around turning water on and off. Also, the toilet was running nonstop upon arrival. There is a internal stopper problem that causes it not to fully seal.

Good hotel

Average hotel. We picked it because it has a nice big parking lot since we are pulling our rv. Not much in area but was able to get a great pizza and salad delivered to hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay again.

Decent room. Clean. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet from highway noise. There is a side sitting chair in # 154 that needs to be replaced.

The hotel was fine for what we needed. The girl who checked me in was very sweet and kind. The room was clean, but like many older hotels that have been updated it still has that old hotel smell. There was a great area to walk the dog. That is always a plus! \

Thankful for generosity and kindess

Its bathrooms qere the least clean. For being repaired i wouldnt expect to see mold in the caulk in the bathrooms. They did wirk with me when i had my id stolen and allow me to use a photo of my id. Or i wouldve lost my reservation and half my money from the site i booked on. The staff was very friendly and helpful thougj limited.

Good value

Bed was very comfortable though firm. Cleaning was generally very good except the toilet was overlooked. Quickly resolved. Rrom was very spacious, comfortable and quiet.

The area where the hotel is was just hit by a tornado, so I wasn't expecting much, the room needs to be updated from the 90's decor, but it was a clean place to sleep and shower which was all I needed. Getting into and out of the parking lot was touch and go due to road construction. Staff was super nice. Passed by the place 7 times before I found it.

I do not recommend staying here.

The room was clean, but in poor repair. The bed was awful and had lumps and bumps all over the mattress. The power went out in the entire hotel for several hours which was not their doing. But they were very snippy when I asked what happened. Not friendly night staff at all.

The property had basic accommodations. The bedding was crisp and clean, there were adequate towels, there was a small refrigerator and microwave. However, there was not a coffee maker in the room, the curtains did not cover the window well and the door did not seem the most secure. The door had a deadbolt and a chain, but they were ancient and the door itself seemed flimsy. The building sits in a truck stop area. I think that this would be a good location if you were an over the road truck driver or itinerant utility worker. The included breakfast was ok, but the coffee was dreadful. I ended up going to McDonald's. The office staff person was polite and easy to find.

This Red Roof is what looks like used to be an old motel….it is an isolated area off the highway, and there are two buildings and another third one that appears to be a closed down restaurant, boarded up. Most of the people at this location are obviously living here. There is a five gallon bucket of old cigarette butts, and in the morning you can hear all the trucks start up as people leave for work. My family stayed on the bottom floor with our dog, and when we arrived there was a younger man smoking something, wearing a long decorative sabre on his belt that he kept touching on the front yard…it was pretty sketchy. I went back after we unpacked to alert the management but he was gone. The staff person at this location was kind and helpful. The room itself was clean, the beds were comfy and everything we needed was there. The only thing wrong with the room was the old and broken plastic slide back curtain that remained from yesteryear when the original business, whatever it was, operated. My family always stay at Red Roof locations while traveling because they are clean, pet friendly and affordable. However, I would not return to this one, despite the cleanliness and proper attention to supplies….it just did not feel safe, and the outside area was dimly lit and looked uncared for.

Breakfast was minimal, everything was "Great Value". Workers kept walking through the breakfast area, which is very small, so had to keep getting out of their way. Another customer told a worker that they were out of sugar and the worker rolled her eyes. Room was dirty, and had the audacity to leave an envelope asking for a TIP! No exhaust fan in bathroom. Lamp without bulb.
