「The only real issue we had was the air freshener in that I verified from the front desk is sprayed in the room (heavily I might add) after every clean. Some people are sensitive to such scents and the smell didn't dissipate the whole stay. I would suggest not using air fresheners like that because not all people handle them well. I had a headache the whole stay unfortunately. Other than that the hotel is just fine, the staff is very helpful and kind, and the location is great. Just lay off the...

「Nice place」

「The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful. The bartender and weight staff are great. The bar itself is amazing. We didn't use the cigar lounge, but it looked really cute. That being said the spa is nothing to get excited about. The guy that worked there was not friendly, there was hardly any amenities to make it worth paying for a day pass… I would skip that, but the location is good for walking. The music was nice. The parrot is fun. The bartenders are amazing and the rooms are really...

「The location is perfect, yet when we got to our room there only was only 1 set of towels when we had a reservation for 2. Also the garbage disposal did not work and it took a few hours to resolve that issue which resulted in maintenance being in and iut the room multiple times. I'd stay there again for the location alone」

「Under renovation but still wonderful.」

「員工很熱情，服務很好！」

「Great stay. Clean and spacious room. Comfiest mattresses! Only complaint is that every noise from the hallway could be heard in the room (every ice bucket being filled, voices from other guests, etc. ). Overall my family was super comfortable, we would stay again, and will seek out more Hyatt hotels in the future.」
