「Pros: Everything was clean, room, bathroom and pool. Staff was nice. Housekeeping guy was soo nice and helpful. Balcony ocean view is amazing. Fridge in room. Netflix on the tv. Cons: Bathroom is tiny. Door basically hits toilet, stumped my toe twice. Pool was cold. I was expecting heated. Although, that may have been my fault. I don’t know if it mentioned heated. No microwave in room but there is one in hallway. Pay to park. $35 a day to park in the parking lot, $15 a day to park across the...

「We stayed for 4 nights and there was no housekeeping at all. I even called for items that we needed and complained about no service, they said they'd send someone up. . . I found a bag thrown in the middle of the room with some of what I asked for but still no service. The common areas were clean though.」
