When we pointed out that we were given a room that didn't match the description on Expedia website, the manager immediately made it right, even though it it seemed the error was Expedia's, not the hotel's. We really appreciated that level of service. 」

「This room was really nice. Perfect for my husband & I and two teenagers. It has a nice shower, hangers, soap, a refrigerator with beverages to purchase. We walked 42 minutes downtown and took a taxi back and also to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Hotel staff is very nice, mindful and quick response! I asked for a pot of hot water, they can send it over within 15 mins. Breakfast is very delicious (plata of ham, bread, yogurt) and of course the hotel view is awesome. However, you can think about other restaurants for dinner.」
