Nice room, good space, modern, easy check in, friendly check in process - there is no 'front desk' as such so we had to arrange a time to meet someone to collect keys. this was an easy process.

Amazing room and location. Simone, who checked us in was FABULOUS. The overall company - service sucked. We were given one single bed sheet and they would not give us another despite the polite / simple request. All they did was continue to send us automated messages asking us 'what they can do to make our stay better' ... you can send us another bed sheet...

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Moderne saubere Unterkunft. Es war immer jemand erreichbar wenn es Fragen gab und wir haben auch eine Menge Tips für unseren Aufenthalt erhalten. Jeder Zeit wieder. Was man aber generell beachten muss ist, dass es sehr viele Treppen und Steigungen zu überwinden gibt. Neapel ist nichts für mobil eingeschränkte Personen wenn man die Stadt zu Fuß erkunden möchte.
