Great location. Italian B&Bs Rarely have cold fridge and cold AC. This one had both and very friendly staff. Shower was clean and the correct size.

The location was great, and our room was huge. The property is in a beautiful old building but thankfully has a lift, and our room was cleaned daily. Unfortunately, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The attendant was pleasant enough and offered to send us local recommendations, but we never received them. Overall, the stay was fine, but the hospitality did not feel as warm or friendly as at the other places we stayed in Italy.

Great location

Great location in main center of Naples. Hotel is not accessible by car and we parked about a block away. Really well themed rooms in an older building. Great staff.

B&B City Soul is a lovely guest house set in an older, charming building in a fabulous area. We particularly liked the comfy room, friendly welcome, convenient breakfast, and great location with many restaurants, shops, and cafés nearby. The bars/cafés downstairs get a bit noisy at night, but the special windows really block out the sound. We would definitely return here. Thank you!

This very charming B&B is in an old building on a very happening street in Napoli. Step out your door into the nightlife and walk the narrow bustling streets to shops, cafes and restaurants. Our room was decorated in a theater theme and we had a balcony overlooking the street below. It is a loud street, but with shutters closed and ac on, the outside noise was not a problem.

There are no one to greet you. No one on the property ever. It has no vibe. The cleaning lady is very sweet though. It is located in a good spot. I would not go back

Great place in a lovely neighborhood

Place is great, clean, very well taken care, attention to details. Coffee, tea and water for free are a small gesture than means so much. Feels good to be in a place like this.

A découvrir

I stayed for 3 nights in early July. Marco text me before I left to find out what time I would arrive and then to give me directions on arrival. He was there to meet me and gave me a guided tour of the room and hotel. Everything was first class. Great Bathroom & Shower, very good Air Con, comfy bed, nice breakfast at café close by, Tea, water and coffee available all day in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there if ever back in Naples.
