Beautiful view from our top floor. Easy walk in to the historical section of Naples and great shopping! Frederic’s was extremely helpful with any concerns or questions we had. She arranged for a driver to take us to the airport in the wee hours. That was very much appreciated! There were also some nice amenities in the apartment and bathroom! I would recommend staying here.

The host Federica was great - friendly, responsive, and provided directions and suggestions. She also let us check in early which is awesome. The host keeper Alex is friendly and made us espresso every time we see him. They treated us like family. The location is safe and was close to everything we had planned. Plenty of restaurants around the coast. Note: every room has a private bathroom but it may not be connected to your room so you'll have to walk in the hallway to get to it.

Wonderful location!

This was our very first visit to Italy and we stayed here our first night after a long day and a half of travel. The location was perfect for us. We loved the view and being so close to the water. There were several cafes to visit in the morning for breakfast.

Great stay, very comfortable clean and safe stay. Host Fredrico always went the extra mile to provide her guidance on things to do and transport arrangements. Excellent location with nearby Metro and a few good restaurants to eat, away fro. Main tourist areas.

Historical Gem in Naples

What a beautiful location to stay in Naples. Federica and Alex truly made an effort to make us feel comfortable for our stay in Naples. The room was filled with comfortable bedding, the bathroom stocked with basic needs and the hospitality was exceptional. Excellent restaurant suggestions from Federica and we were given such a warm welcome.

Booked our stay here last minute due to an issue with the other accommodations we had, and it was the best thing we could have done! The place is so well maintained by the wonderful Alex, who is at the property every day cleaning and tidying; he will also make fresh espresso everyday as well! Federica who owns the property is wonderful and responds very quickly! She provided great suggestions on where to eat, and how to navigate the public transportation system in Naples. When I visit Naples again, I will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed at the sea view room, couldn’t have wished for more! The owner was incredibly helpful in giving us directions and advice on places to eat. Would definitely recommend downloading what’s app for smoother communication. The room was beautiful, as was the bathroom, very spacious. The owner also had ready some snacks and drinks (very nice to have a large stock of water!). The only thing I would take note of is the accessibility. We used a taxi on our way to the hotel, but from the station you would have to walk around ten minutes on stone pavement. If you have a bad foot (as I did at this time) maybe choose a different occasion to stay at this hotel. Would love to visit again!

Loved our stay here! Lovely, spacious room (Capri Room) in a charming apartment building! Everything was very clean with attention to details. We had everything we could possibly need, including a mini fridge with fresh, chilled water. The view of the city and the sea from the balcony are just as pictured. We only stayed one night as we wanted something in Naples, for an early morning flight. Next time we will stay longer! The apartment building was in a charming neighborhood, not a tourist hotel area, walkable to the Chiaia area; exactly what we were looking for. Our host Federica and Alex were wonderful!! Federica gave us so much information on the area, what to see, local restaurants and how to get around; very helpful! Alex assisted us with our check-in, made us esspresso with biscuit/cookies and showed us everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a very kind gentleman in the courtyard, everytime we came in and out, who showed us how to enter the building, the elevator/lift up to the 5th floor, where our room was located. There was a family in the room next to ours but we did not hear any noise. The only sounds we could hear was an occasional motorcycle in the street below. The recommended restaurant was fabulous and we found our way around very easily. Gratzia Mille!

The owner of the property and the housekeeper are so kind. They are the kindest people whom I met in Italy. Room is very clean, there is no mold or dirt at all. There are lots of amenities such as shampoo, body soap, body moisturizer, cotton pads and cotton buds, and hand wash. Thank you!!

Safe, comfy, excellent service

As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe in this hotel. Management arranged trusted drivers to and from the airport for me—it’s better if you give them advance notice but they found me a driver on my way in last minute. I stayed in the Capri room, which has a nice big bathroom, bathtub, ocean view, and a nice, firm mattress. I also shared some of my plans with the hotel manager and she really hooked it up with tips on how to get around/make the most of the day. The internet was fast enough for streaming and zoom.

Overpriced

The room was presented with a picture of a balcony with a view and a breakfast. None of that was fulfilled in the real world. In addition, the electricity went out several times for no obvious reason other than that a fuse had to be reset in the hallway.
