"Fantastic place, the view is incredible!"

"Good location, quite and clean rooms, staff are friendly and nice."

"good~~~~~~~"

"Great choice to stay at Hanoi: new, lake view, cheap, near market, friendly staff"

"2nd floor room is very noisy since it is right by the dining area. We had to check out one day earlier because of the noise. Higher floor room maybe better "

"Everything is very new. So, it was very clean but it still had that "fresh paint" smell a bit. While my room was very clear, and well stocked, it was a bit small for a Deluxe room. The staff were absolutely wonderful with excellent English skills."

"Overall, it was quite good. Recommendable."

"The stay has always been good. We always book this hotel when in Hanoi on our visit. Thank you for the great service and quality hotel."

"Staff was amazing and very accommodating "

"Amazing apartment. Nice view, fully equipment. Host is very supportive and quick respond. I really like this place. Definitely will stay here again."

"Service was great"

"Good location, small market close by. Room clead enough even though there were a lot of ants (which does not have to do that much with cleanliness). Checking in and out was fast and efficient."

"Super friendly staff, room and bed was the cleanest of all places I stayed in Hanoi. Excellent value and check in and check out process. Highly recommend "
