"One of the best hotel and experience we got in our first trip to USA which was for 3 weeks. Only hotel in which the cleaning of room was done everyday and staff was seen happy and respectful. The hotel location is the best and very convenient to NYC. With a mesmerising view of Manhattan. Next time will definitely come and stay here."
"The location is great, walking distance to metro, and other public transportation. At the time we arrived, they were doing some construction so we couldn’t appreciate the main lobby and surrounding areas. The room a nice size, clean, small refrigerator, coffee maker. The only problem that we get charged to keep our bags/suitcases when our room was not ready, obviously we weren’t going to be all our town hauling them. Other than that, we’re pleased we our stay."
"Very nice staff and the hotel was very clean, and the room was small but well pack with everything you need IE fridge, microwave, hairdryer, ironing board with iron, better than a 1000 a night hotel I’ve stayed at. Walking distance to restaurants, bar and Newport center mall was a two minute walk definitely staying there in the future again. "
