「The matress of the sofa bed was really bad. And the front desk didn’t have money for laundry exchange. 」

「Staff was helpful and check-in was easy, but the motel is old and run down, although the room was large and clean. Shower pressure was nonexistentent. AC worked but was loud. Mattress was oddly bowed, so I felt like I was rolling toward the sides all night. My biggest complaint was the noise from the road and the 2am train horn that practically blasted me out of my bed.」

「We spent 3 nights at this location, our first day the elevators went down, and stayed down the entire rest of our stay, minor inconvenience, but still. There was a distinct pungent smell in our room throughout the entire stay, and throughout the hallways as well. A strong urine smell as you walked past the downstairs bathrooms. The WiFi requires all of your private information just to access, that we gave up entirely. Overall, the location was the only thing that worked out for us.」

「This place was filthy and the elevator was broken and my beds had some one else's liquids and hair on it. I was very discussed and I hardly stayed in the room. The chair was scratched up and it was a huge spider in between the face towels. When I told the front desk, she told me to take the sheets off and bring them down. I was extremely disappointed and disgusted.」

「room was great very nice bed and lining, breakfast was good. the only issue 10 bucks parking over night, its not a major city in our 3 months tour this is the only place that charged us for parking besides SF. Also al the parking near the front of the hotel is faker parking or for electric car helloo not every one drives an EV 」

「Rooms were clean and spacious. We requested towels and staff was quick even during a late check in after 10pm. Gym equipment was nice compared to other hotel of this class; wieghts were up to 75lbs」

「Everything was excellent: great staff, excellent breakfast, clean, etc. The only reasons I can’t give five stars is because there were systems difficulties with my prior purchase of the stay through Expedia and they read that I did not pay, even though I did, and that caused a long wait with phone calls to figure out the tech issues.
