The biggest problem was that the pool is open until 10 PM and the shrieks of children playing was ALARMING and put us on edge. It’s on a gorgeous tree lined street, close enough to walk to Bourbon Street without being at the center of the craziness at night. And the pool area was wonderful!」

「The hotel was in the French Quarter and had a historic charm. There were even tourists who stopped by to take pictures in the courtyard. I know they renovated several years back however the sink was missing a stopper, and the shower didn’t work the way it’s supposed to for hot and cold. The hot water took a while to become hot and then it would become cold after five minutes or so and then need to wait again to reheat up again, and then it gets cold again. Not only that, but the shower leaked...

The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」
