Room was good. Right on the street so thick blackout curtains would have been better. Decor was minimal but good full length mirror and a jazz theme photo. Unexpected refrigerator and microwave in room were nice. Mattresses and chair were very comfortable. Ice bucket in room with onsite ice machine was also good. 4 of the 5 staff members I met were Waldorf quality and friendly, the 5th one was fine and maybe just tired. Not so great was NO IN ROOM COFFEE MAKER and coffee only available in lobby 6am until noon. Hot water for tea has its own flavor also available when coffee is served. 2 friendly cats hang out by the pool nearest the lobby. The 2nd pool had several Chihuahua sized rats that were coming from the other side of the fence so I didn’t consider that the hotel’s fault. Close to Bourbon Street, Louis Armstrong park and best breakfast place-Wakin Bakin.

This hotel was definitely not as advertised. Our assigned room was dirty; stains on sheets, dead bugs by the baseboards and in the shower lights (roaches and flies), lacked working outlets, etc. We had to ask about them fixing the cleanliness issue twice. On the second time we brought up the issue of the bugs, one of the front staff members offered to change our room. When we came back later in the day, the manager told us that the staff was mistaken and we actually couldn’t change rooms and that they had gone in our room and hadn’t found any evidence that it wasn’t clean. We had to go in and show the cleaning staff the issue. It’a difficult to fathom why the hotel staff wouldn’t believe us when we brought up an issue, and they were extremely rude about the room change mixup when it wasn’t even something we had necessarily requested! I would recommend looking elsewhere in the French Quarter, if that is your preferred place to stay. Not a great hotel experience at all.

This is a great, old school (*REALLY* old school) hotel in a great area. The staff was great and very helpful. The multiple buildings are very well maintained, and even though our room was so old I think that Jean Lafittr once stayed the night, it was very well maintained, clean, and pleasant. Staff was very helpful in obtaining taxi rides to the airport and save me some money that would have been spent on an Uber. One point of contention. Who was running the table saw at seven in the morning? Your city likes to party and does not like to get up early. Mercy... Thank you for a great stay!

Extremely helpful staff. In the French Quarter, close enough to walk to all major sites, but far enough from Bourbon street to be quiet and restful. Ceiling fans are a nice room feature.

I had such a pleasant evening staying at the St. Pierre hotel in the French Quarter, New Orleans. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Kim at the front desk was so kind and welcoming and helped me with accommodations. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time with us here. Everything was beautiful clean. Everyone was kind and welcoming! My only complaint is we had two reservations one that lasted three nights and one that lasted a single night for the three nights we stayed in a hotel room that was beautiful but very hot due to the AC not working we did ask for help but nothing was ever fixed or changed and they couldn’t change rooms because they were booked understandably so… for the last night we stayed in another charming hotel room which was cold and clean and gorgeous so again I love it. The only issue was the heat for those first nights… WILL BE BACK TO THIS CHARMING CLEAN PERFECTLY CENTERED HOTEL

I booked a king suit for my stay. Everything was perfect about the room, expect for the duration of my stay which was 5 days I had no hot water. Every morning and every night I took an ice cold shower, I spoke to a few other people in my group and this was not the case in their rooms. Additionally, the room was clean and the hotel has a fantastic location. You are close to a lot of activities in the FQ, especially museums. If you are looking to stay somewhere historic rather than a Hilton or Holiday Inn, I would recommend the Hotel St Pierre. There is also a breakfast spot called “Waking & Baking” 2 minutes from the hotel that had an amazing breakfast.

This hotel has old charm in the French Quarter of New Orleans. The Quarter deli across the street is delicious and affordable, everything is in walking distance or you can catch the bus
