「Everything was great! 10 min walk to the metro which was great…the young lady that works there was amazing!! Great service and always available to answer ALL of your questions! Many cafes in the vicinity!」

「I had a wonderful stay at this property and cannot recommend it enough! The location was absolutely perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore Rome's iconic sights, local restaurants, and cafes. The room itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. After a long day of walking around the city, it was the perfect peaceful retreat to come back to. A special thank you to the host, who were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and provided great local recommendations that...

「Host was very accommodable and had great communication. In suite laundry was very useful, and bed was comfortable.」

「Would recommend to people visiting Rome. Was a very nice guest house with very good service and amenities and breakfast. Very nice rooms with air con and balconies. The location is also good.」

「Highly recommend. Room including bathroom looked newly renovated. Place was nice and clean, the neighborhood and tenants are very quiet. Really enjoyed the blackout curtains. Coffee tea and water were included in our welcome. Host's communication was excellent. We stayed on the 4th floor and were pleased they had an elevator. Short walk to metro and bus as well as many cafes, shops and restaurants.」

「Borat and Kevin were excellent hosts : villa had nice rooms showers toilet etc very clean and very nice location walking distance to Lodi subway station transit can get you everywhere with ease colour coded maps of transit system coin laundry walking distance my opinion everything you need reasonable price no complaints at all」

「Its clean and close to the metro..the only thing is that they took 6£ extra for each person as a tourist tax which wasn’t communicated before」

「the staff is really nice, we got big help.just take bus 105 &50 from train terminal than walk few minutes. and the bus 81&51 near hotel can go to famous pointview. It's very convenient. We arrival Lodi at 8, and we are hungry and tired. The staff help us to call to order pizza with no extra charge and no service charge in pizza, it's really nice.」

「We stayed one night on our Rome excursion of our Italy trip. This is exceptionally well maintained, clean, safe, filled with modern amenities property. Andrea is a wonderful gentleman who took care of us. I would recommend this hotel with high confidence. Thanks 🙏」
