「没有想象的那么好，有些吵杂的声音，小孩晚上也没睡好一直哭，当我抱着小孩到楼下去的时候见到柜台小姐我跟她打招呼她居然没有理我！」

「Everything was great except they cleaned our room on the second day although I placed the do not disturb tag outside our room. I just don't want anybody coming to our room while we are not around. 」

「喜欢地理位置，观看烟花安排的很好，指示明显，安全。不喜欢的是卫生太差，房间和楼道的走廊卫生都很差。我住了两晚，外面离电梯口走廊的垃圾就没清理过，很明显。房间里一个房间有瓶装水，一个房间没水，洗浴用品一个房间全是护发素，没洗发水没身体润肤露，没浴室地垫，地上还有前房客留下的垃圾没清理干净，也许新年期间，清洁工较忙。前台一男士接待员服务不好，2019年12月30日办理入住的2250，2251房间，我入住时说明要高层和尽量可以看到烟花的房间，但是他却给了我两间凹的角落的房间，窗户外的右面是一大片玻璃墙。我下去找他调换房间，我说尽量两间一起，但只给了我一间2566房间给我父母，另一间依然凹的角落房间，没变，我两天都要上下层跑来跑去照顾父母。自助停车也没帮我办理好，他告诉我办理在2250卡上，家人取车用不了房卡，被收费$9。估计以后不会再入住了。」

「The hotel is situated in a very nice quiet part of town. The employees at check in and valet were very helpful. Room service was delicious and our view of downtown was fun at night. We never did get the corkscrew we requested for our room. Had to go buy one at a store. The decor of the entire hotel is very fun. Our shower was a little rough. Dripping and the hand held sprayer was pretty messed up. But it didn’t hinder our stay. The pool and outdoor areas were very nice. We would definitely stay...

「I have wanted to stay at The Lorenzo for years and I finally had a reason, so we booked it! When we arrived the hotel had no power. This was nothing they had control over, but it was disappointing after a long drive to have to drive around Dallas for a couple more hours waiting for the power to return. 「I stayed for 2 nights as a solo traveler. It is a smaller property, but serves the purpose of somewhere comfortable to sleep after a long day/night of exploring Dallas. One thing I don't like is how the rooms don't have windows. That took me off guard, but since I was barely in my room and only came back just to sleep and shower, it was not that big of a deal. It is clean and the fixtures are updated and modern. I slept well in the bed. They also have a complimentary free sangria every evening! 」
