Aramark Parks & Destinations Oak Lawn hotels

Location: 5/5 - The location is walkable to bars & several fine dining restaurants. Room: 4/5 - The room was clean & comfortable. I had one of my best sleep in a while on the very comfortable bed. However, I understand that they’re going to remodel the rooms which is much needed. Service: 5/5 - The service was excellent. All of the staff were welcoming w/ friendly smiles. Ambiance: 4/5 - The hotel & its common areas were small, didn’t feel grand.

Hotel pool is fantastic and the rooms are unique and spacious. Biggest perk we were unaware of was free hotel transit within 4 miles. This covers most tourist destinations, sporting events and restaurants in the area, so we never needed to get a cab!

We try to stay at the Mansion at least once a year when we come to Dallas. Everyone is so friendly and eager to please. The service is exceptional.

Beautiful room and hotel! Will definitely stay here again. Loved the room and easy check in and staff.

It was great and conveniently located to the hospital.

Perfect uptown hotel .. Beautiful Roof Top Bar.. Excellent staff ..

Gorgeous facilities. Excellent customer service.

Excellent location, close to many places we wanted to visit. Short distance driving to everything

Close to airport . Great breakfast !

Staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance from the american airlines center. Good variety of breakfast everyday.

I was a tad bit leary about booking here when I read some of the past reviews, but I can honestly say I'm glad I decided to give them a try. I'm a traveling nurse so safety, comfort, and cost are very important to me. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by a very friendly valet/doorman. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. I was checked in and had room key in hand in less than 5 minutes. Parking is not the best in that area. You have 2 options (garage/valet). Both are...

Room was clean and spacious. Front desk was helpful. Coffee from the lobby cafe was very good. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area

Great property, lovely people working there! Really enjoyed the stay!

Friendly, new , quiet

Like the room, but the pool is filthy. Stayed here previously in the summer and afraid to go in with all the duck crap in it.

Very cool retro inspired motor court style hotel. Very clean and maintained. Nice pool and open areas with fire pits and corn hole games and plenty of chairs, rockers, etc. Restaurant and separate bar onsite.

Loved it there! When we first stepped in room it felt warm and welcoming! They had jazz music playing, two fiji water bottles, and a name card. I felt very welcomed! Very digital place! Views were great! Everything we wanted in a hotel! Loved the tower club! The emails were very good at explaining parking and how to use elevators. Definitely want to come back!
