The hotel had clean, well-maintained rooms, friendly and welcoming staff, and convenient parking. However, the breakfast selection was limited, with insufficient variety and the same menu offered every day. Improving the quality and variety of the breakfast options would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Woman at the front desk was amazing! Ended up here after a cancelled flight was rescheduled to the next day. Got picked up and dropped off by their bus service and they made an annoying situation much less annoying. Thank you!

We stayed here because it was close to UTSW Medical Center. It was very convenient. We felt very safe here, even though the gated parking made us think about the location at first. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is that the breakfast could be a little better, maybe pancakes or waffles. I would definitely stay here again.

Only being able to access the property via a gate is a nuisance but besides that the hotel itself is clean the breakfast is limited. But I can't think of anything else that I would improve.
