「My recent stay was extremely disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the shower head was broken, which made bathing an unpleasant experience. The room itself was dusty and had a bad smell, compounded by the constant noise from the surroundings. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.」

In the mountains and with the river running through the town. The room itselfs was spotless clean, warm and inviting. A quiet nights sleep in a oh so comfortable bed. Would happily stay here again. 「Clean large room, friendly staff, excellent pool facilities. The pool & jacuzzi & sauna & steam room are lovely and can be used by hotel guests, not just spa guests. The pool is a lovely warm temperature. I had a spa treatment & thoroughly enjoyed it. The posh restaurant is the breakfast restaurant & very overpriced, especially for meat. The cheaper restaurant is just outside it, it’s a sports bar with TVs everywhere. Breakfast was sensationally good, great selection, food superbly well cooked...
