「My recent stay was extremely disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the shower head was broken, which made bathing an unpleasant experience. The room itself was dusty and had a bad smell, compounded by the constant noise from the surroundings. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.」

「It’s such a special place for us to stay. The hotel holds such lovely memories of our wedding day. It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed. Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. Our room in the older part of the hotel was quirky and so comfortable with lovely views,...

「外觀亮麗, 內裡未及水準. 服務其實不錯, 員工陽光熱情友善, 水煲有銹漬, 立即更換, 可惜仍不算乾淨, 清洗後可用. 房間有設計感, 很漂亮, 但並不舒適, 搖搖椅玩玩可以, 休息不可. 床槈極盡之軟, 基本上整個人下䧟, 轉身也很費力, 睡一小時可以, 睡一晚起床必背痛. 早餐優秀, 除一般應有的, 還可另點pancake 及 Avocado on Toast 等, 非常高質. 」

「Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. 」

The room is very spacious - living room facilities, small kitchenette area (fridge and kettle, simple breakfast items of yoghurt, cereal, juice and welsh cakes, fresh milk and tea and coffee included), huge comfy bed, lovely bathroom and shower. All very clean. 4th stay at this property. 」
