everythig was good, I hung up my towels to reuse, but the maid took them, that was a problem, I didn't get replacements before falling asleep. We conserve water. That could be an option you consider.

Staff was awesome and helpful

The Staff were kind and easy to work with when they were present. The room was great other than some cleanliness issues. A use Qtip on the bathroom floor when checking in. A large clump of hair just outside of our room was never cleaned up the 4 nights we were there. The sink and the tub had loud draining noises but the Tub left a weird stench when we first drained it. The smell stayed for about and hour until we were able to air out the room with the tiny little vents they had. The view from the room was great! But I would say that they could have cleaned it better and gotten marks off of the walls and chairs. The worst of the stay was the fact that only 2 elevators were working on our entire tower. Everyone you ran into complained about how terrible the wait was to get an elevator even just down to the lobby. Then the escalators stopped working, which made it even harder to get around the hotel.
