「The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful! It's really hard to find a dog friendly hotel that are so relaxed about actually bringing dogs! Especially as our puppy is a big boy and sometimes, due to his bread, people are cautious of him. But the hotel were great and didn't make us feel nervous or "in the way" at all. It was a lovely stay.」

「This was a fabulous place to stay for 2 nights before my cruise. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Service was excellent and friendly. The breakfast was included and it was great! Highly recommend this place if you’re in Southampton!」

「Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and lovely to speak to throughout our short stay. The hotel is immaculately kept and tastefully furnished. Our room was spacious (family room with a queen bed and bunk beds for our 2 children was a dream for them) and had great amenities. Bathroom was clean and basic toiletries were supplied along with shaving and dental kits. Enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommned.」

「Hotel is no where near where it is stated . Staff checked our luggage till 3pm. They only had one other guest staying at the hotel and our room was clearly ready however, they made us wait until after 3pm to check in. The lounge they said we could wait in had a few of their employees spread out all over the room and at 3pm when we walked from the tiny table we were waiting.
