The hotel is generally okay with a nice pool and gym area. The rooms really need some love and care. We had to move to another room as the radiator thermostate (tap) was broken off at full on so we were far too hot. The new room was a much better temperature, but the loo roll holder had gone so you end up holding the toilet paper like being on a camping trip. We had a nice meal and drink in the bar area and a reasonable breakfast in the morning. The staff are all pleasant. The room swap was handled well.

Hotel,room,grounds & swimming pool area was very well maintained & spotlessly clean....we loved the pathway around the grounds for walking our dog & was so surprised to have so many dog litter bins provided also an outside dog bath/shower amazing .....The staff was lovely everywhere in the hotel ....a great buffet breakfast & during our stay popped in to lounge area where you had a free drinks machine which we had excellent hot chocolate from after our dog walk....hotel is set within a lovely area too highly recommend we will definitely be coming back

The dinner offerings in both restaurant and bar were excellent as were all the staff On the down side, our room's television suffered from a very weak signal with resulting frequent service interruptions.
