"We enjoyed our stay at the Moxy, even though our flight from Chicago to London was delayed 22 hours just prior to arriving in Chicago. This unexpected delay caused us to miss our first night stay that was prepaid. Unfortunately, the Moxy hotel would not fully refund our missed night due to the delayed flight."

"Overall good, comfortable large bed, nice pool and good breakfast, hot and plenty of it. Really good consistent helpful staff. Surprisingly small bedroom no space to fit luggage out of the way! Poor design to shower left water all over bathroom floor. Bedroom size more suitable for one person, small thing but only one chocolate bar between two people with the tea and coffee offering in the room. Would rate 8/10 overall."

"It's a self service check-in though if you phone for help they answer quickly. Makes it decent value, carpark opposite is £9 for 10 hours and free midnight to 8am, check in 3pm 10hr parking gets you to 9am the next day, use the machine and pay by card not the app Good area for bars and restaurants Bed ok clean but not the best, basic overnight stay"

"We stayed here as a pre cruise stay. We had a twin room & I had requested one with a walk in shower due to mum’s mobility which we were given ☺️ We had Room 55 which had a large double bed and also a single bed, tea & coffee making facilities & large smart tv also on room. The room we had was in the separate building at the rear of the property so no traffic noise was heard the only thing was a ‘generator’ kicking in around 7am but apart from that lovely hotel & room would stay again. Both receptionist were lovely & helpful also, thank you for a great stay."

"Very pleased with this choice of hotel, that the staff seem to take great pride in and conduct themselves like they have shares in it. Evening meal was great quality. Fitness facilities require you to walk outside of the hotel, but are worth it. Location was perfect for me having to access a few different towns in the area, and remote with far-reaching views surrounding. My only complaint would have been that I had an accessible room (I may have booked in a hurry), and the furniture arrangement was accessibility-centred and slightly inconvenient. Overall, a great hotel and will definitely stay again when in the area for business."
