They need to remember when in front of customers to keep calm and discuss problems when alone. I emailed hotel 2 weeks in advance stating I was looking for longer check out time. They replied stating noon was the longest, I said great. When the day to check out came, they said they can't do that, so I rushed after a long night wedding to get out at regular check out time.」

「Really liked how big the rooms were! Price was very affordable and close to lots of things and the Interstate. My only complaint was the breakfast. Bacon was awful, eggs tasted plastic and coffee was out when we got there. It was filled fairly quick. I did appreciate real silverware and plates. Classy! Would definitely stay again.」

「They are currently remodeling - every floor and lobby. Breakfast was served and was just fine. However, there were workers sanding (wearing a mask) in the hallways while customers were walking by. Some sanding was going on near the breakfast area. Our room was perfectly fine - except for one thing. Our hallway was not air conditioned. Workers were hanging wallpaper. Our room was cool but VERY damp. I first thought the sheets hadn't been dried completely. Everything in the room felt...
