「 Die Unterkunft war wirklich super, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls super: ruhig gelegen, mit genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars/Restaurant, die fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. - Leider waren die gemeinsam genutzten Bereiche (Restaurants, Snackbar) nicht immer sauber. Vor allem die Gläser oder auch Teller waren teilweise noch mit Resten der vorherigen „Esser“ beschmutzt. Leider hat auch die ein oder andere Servicekraft die Gläser...

「Si vous recherchez les prestations d un 5* passez votre chemin. Mais vous ne trouverez pas d autres rapports qualité/prix aussi bon avec cette vue imprenable sur la mer et sa situation dans la vieille ville. Les chambres sont un peu vieillotes et la nourriture variée mais peu goûtée. SVP il y a du bon vin à Lanzarote : ne proposez plus votre piquette ! Pour la vue préférez les appartements 400 et plus.」

「This hotel was designed, sounds daft, but design was everywhere, stark, monumental, impressive, I liked it. But it lacked a few human touches. Some hotels encourage local arts into their space, this one didn't, I like to bring home the hotel note pad and pen as a reminder but the rooms were spartan and impersonal, although our accommodation was of excellent size. We rarely got a pool sunlounger as they pool area was too small for the size of the hotel, which was half empty when we were...

「Lovely hotel, great centrla location. Been to lanzarote a number of times and this hotel by far the best. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, lovely pool area, although the pool a bit cold this time of the year (May). Entertainment staff trying hard. Upgraded to all inclusive on arrival. Will be returning.」

「Lovely huge apartments with pool view. Ours was on the first floor, and we had a massive balcony area out front. The complex is popular with families, so there are lots of kids enjoying the pool areas, but it's pleasantly quiet after dark. 」

「Nice modern stylish property with comfortable, stylish rooms and lovely terrace. Good varied breakfast, with plenty of outdoor space, nice pool, enjoyable evening entertainment. Pleasant staff. Only issue was the length of time taken to get a drink in the piano bar….30 mins, as one barman and one waiter.」

「Absolutely loved this hotel. We were on a half board basis but everything was provided in the kitchen if self catering. Bungalow was lovely and right by the bottom pool. Television only had bbc news in English but you're on holiday and can catch up when back home. Food in restaurant was delicious and had different theme every night.」
