「All of the hotel is clean. Staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very family friendly. We've been here several times and have enjoyed each experience.」

「On arrival check in was quick and easy, luggage was taken to our room and help given by the porter. The room was very clean and had everything you needed, our view was of the carpark but if you looked past that there was the sea, we hadn't paid for a sea view so not so bad. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice, pool bar was busy at times but soon cleared, lunch we used the main dining area which was really great with something for everyone! For dinner we used the speciality restaurants...

「Breakfast was not great. Vegetables and fruits were not very fresh. Meat was not very good and well cooked. The swimming pool was not warm as expected.」

「Great hotel, pools were good and never not too busy to not have a bed. Bars busy but never felt overly busy given the size of the hotel. Only downside was the food, was similar every night and was ok/average. Better food options available close to the hotel.」

「The hotel sent me many messages to check in and prepare my room so I will not be wasting time when I arrive!! I finally did it and on my arrival I lost 2 hours waiting for the room to be ready and the hotel was not full… 」

「Lovely Boutique Hotel, beautifully designed and a treat for the eyes. Breakfast was amazing and the best start into our quiet mornings. Loved the attention to detail and the owners/staff take hosting guests to another level. Would recommend staying here to unwind and enjoy Lanzarote - off mainstream tourism.」

「Personnel très serviable et accueillant, petit déjeuner très bien servi. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables, la piscine n’est pas suffisamment profonde, certains travaux semblent mal été faits, la porte des toilettes ne se fermait pas.」

「Points positifs : taille du logement (comme un appartement), kitchenette (ustensiles, plaques électriques, frigo, évier, hotte…), terrasse avec mobilier, piscines (avec transat +/- parasols), propreté globale, petit déjeuner complet varié et correct, personnel aimable, proximité avec des commerces et la plage. Points négatifs : nous avons attendu 1h30 avant la disponibilité de la chambre (on a été patient mais on aurait aimé y accéder plus tôt) ; attention aux insectes qui peuvent rentrer dans...
